RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from winterdecorstore.com. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return and refund, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In new, unused, and unworn condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and tags
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Visit our Returns Portal at winterdecorstore.com/returns
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select items to return and provide reason
  4. Print your prepaid return shipping label
  5. Package items securely with all original materials
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
