RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from winterdecorstore.com. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return and refund, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In new, unused, and unworn condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and tags
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Visit our Returns Portal at winterdecorstore.com/returns
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select items to return and provide reason
- Print your prepaid return shipping label
- Package items securely with all original materials
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
REFUND PROCESSING
- Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

EXCEPTIONS
